One Photo & Twenty Words: The Red Socks

Today I'm joining the lovely Abi of Creating Paper Dreams for One Photo & Twenty Words:

self striping sock wool
"Find the old pattern book. Buy double pointed needles," my Mum said. Found the book. Couldn't wait for the needles.
(...so I've started another sock, on my little circular needle, which I like..)

Head to Abi's to see who has managed to fit everything into twenty words this month. There'll be nice pictures too!

Another great choice of wool. It is amazing how it works out. Can we put in orders?!

That wool is utterly fantastic! You could probably start a wee Etsy shop ... you'd sell out, no trouble at all!

Wow, racing ahead here! I admire your skill with that circular needle. And the wool is knitting up beautifully.

Love that wool, and I can't believe how quickly you are making them! If you run out of worthy sock wearers ... I'm a size 4 ;-)

There must be something going around as I stumbled upon several blogging sock knitters (or sock knitting bloggers) recently :) If only I knew what double pointed needles or circular needle even meant! :P

Oh you definitely have the sock knitting bug! Love this yarn. I always knit on double pointed too. I have a fancy set that are made of aviation aluminum. I haven't tried them out yet. Susan loves hers. Looking forward to seeing these completed.

Those twenty words are perfect to describe the feeling of being addicted to sock knitting and just wanting to knit! I LOVE that yarn you've chosen.

I'm getting so much sock envy at the moment! Just lovely. Tell me, did you use a tutorial online or anything? I would love to start a pair but need to work up the courage first!

Love the 'magic' wool you are using that makes it look like you are knitting a pattern.

I still can't believe that that wool works the way it does! Xx

That wool is gorgeous. I've never tried knitting socks with circular needles, maybe I should x
