Today I'm blogging over at Quirky Kits. Leo makes cool kits! I was delighted when she asked me to make some things with the two latest - "Photo Op" and "Say Cheese". Both of them are beautifully co ordinated (Kesi Art papers from France - check them out!) with lovely handmade extras
So if you want to see what I did with one of my photos from Rinda's Summer Scavenger Hunt here's where you'll find me. While you are there, scroll down to pick up Leo's PDF mini book instructions too.Today I'm going quirky. And I like it.

I loved your guest post Sian! I really enjoy working with quirky photos. I was looking at my blogger stats the other day and where my traffic comes from, turns out it is from some of the quirkiest pictures on my blog that are brought up in search engines! What do you know?! xxx
Quirky sounds good to me! You seem to be able to adapt to so many different styles and themes. What a talented girl!

Loved your Quirky post,Sian....great layout....and some food for thought as well.
fantastic post Sian. Never come across QK before so it was nice to have a browse. You have given me plenty to think about over the Easter break now.
Looks fab Sian! Thank you for being a guest designer. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you come up with :D

Your LO is lovely and this kit looks amazing! So lucky to have Kesi Art goodies to play with! I always look at their blog for sketches. A terrific photo and fun idea of a photo scavenger hunt. That was lucky that you took that photo and had it!
lovely LO!!
I'm feeling the scrap booking bug about to bite me! It's funny how sometimes I'm all about photography, sometimes all about painting and sometimes all about scrapping.

loving your quirkiness today Sian! Great to visit the QK site and see your wonderful page xxx
I really like the pegboard paper and am not sure if I'm miffed or relieved that the Quirky Lite has sold out... I'll have to make my own paper pieced cameras.
As for rhubarb... stew some and freeze it to make individual ramekin crumbles yum. Yep crumble freezes nicely although you can freeze both bits separately if you want.
Used to be a favourite treat of mine when I was living on my own. :)
That looks lovely, I shall head over and check out your post.
Looks like a great kit...had never heard of this site before

That's an intriguing snippet of a page, Sian - nothing like a bit of French for a classy effect. :) Off to see the full version ...
The kit looks great, I really like the different bits and pieces included. I Enjoyed reading your post on the QK blog. Have a great weekend x
Love the stitching and faux stitching - really ties it together and the shot is great. Love how people use your photo.
Enjoy x
Hi, back in the blogging saddle after a month of illness. I have loved having a browse through all your goodness; so many brilliant lay-outs. Sorry I missed SS. Some great reads. Hope to catch May's edition. Irene
Great guest post & great LO with the kit too! I think I like Quirky too!! :D
Just popped over to see your guest post, and I love your LO, and the kit you used :) My mum used to set my sister and I a treasure hunt in the summer hols when we were young, we were given a list of things to find, it kept us busy for ages!
Oooh I like the look of these kits. Off to have a look on the Quirky Kits.
Very thought provoking post Sian - love it. Now if only it wasn't so expensive to get those kits over here. :) The layout looks great!
