Five Steps to Blogging a Layout

The five steps I took to get this page onto this blog:

2005 - Help The Small One make an Easter hat for the school Bonnet Parade.

2006 - Pack up the hat and move it to our new house.

2010 - Hunt out said hat and take photos of a bigger Small One to create a quick Easter blog post.

2011 - Print out photos and make a page.

Today - Follow advice of Shimelle and fellow bloggers and publish LARGE photo of page for another new Easter post

Have a joyous Easter! And while you are out and about, see if you can gather a story for next week. It's Storytelling Sunday.

Love the layout and the story as to how you did it. Sounds like me - 1 layout = years to make. Ok, I've got to get caught up and find out how to get the pictures that big. :)

Stunning! The hat and the photos AND the dedication of the process. Never mind the swell daughter - one swell mum, methinks.:)

10/10 for the larger pictures! Your blog looks so good, is it a custom template that you have altered or did you design it completely yourself? Am suffering a bit of blog-jealousy over here, and am itching to change mine completely ....

Great layout - I like that you used some felt embellishments on it and the different patterned paper around the whole page for a frame/border. Hope y'all have a very Happy Easter!!

Love the larger pics! Thanks for dropping by my blog - I love lamb too, but my huband does't. So I don'have it very often either. That reminds me that I have a leg in the freezer that I should take out and cook.
