Out And About

We managed to find a bit of a break in the clouds at the weekend and we took a trip to our very favourite Garden Centre. Usually when we do this one of us finds he has other places to go and people to see; one of us looks forward to the cafe with its cakes the size of dinner plates and its cool little glass bottles of coke; one of us takes the job seriously and actually shops for compost and other essentials; and one of us plays about with her iPhone:

Today I'm Loving...the incredibly generous Cate who sent me a fabulous parcel of magazines and chocolate all the way from Australia. Just the thing to keep me going through a wet Easter break! How kind is that?

Happiness is a garden centre for me :) and oh my gosh, what a gorgeous garden centre you've found. Isn't it funny how different people find certain things at garden centres more interesting than other.

I think I'm a mixture of the garden enthusiast and the cake lover. I don't think you should have one without the other :)

What beautiful photos! I love a good mosey around a garden centre ... and I wouldn't even like to hazard a guess at how much money I spend on compost per annum! It doesn't bear thinking about.

Ooh, I think I will have to pay a visit to your area, just so I can go to that lovely garden centre!
Fab decorations - I wish ours was so artistic! Still, they have a lovely cafe and an art shop!

Gorgeous photos - your garden centre looks like a very fine establishment! And which one is you? I would definitely be the one looking forward to the yummy cakes, although I do love looking at and buying the plants too!

Your garden centre looks so pretty, I'd love to have a walk around it. I'm a walk round the garden centre (buying things I didn't intend to) and then to the coffee shop for coffee and cake :o)
