April at Gotta Craft

Thursday morning. I'm hoping you've all had as nice an Easter time as we have. We visited Granny, we picnicked with friends and we went to the seaside. But now it's back to work..

..wait, did I say work? This isn't work! This is a page about relaxing made with the April kit from Gotta Craft.

Dear Lizzy's Neapolitan? Might just be better than icecream! This collection has been selling out everywhere, so check out Sandra's lovely kit while it's still available. She's mailing them out today...

..and I'm going to see what else I can use from leftover bits on my desk. That "you" was cut with my Slice from a Kraft tag I made. I think you can see where the Kraft coloured "bubbles" came from too

Have a happy Thursday! But do let me know - bath? or shower? Which do you prefer?

The creative kraft bubbles definitely caught my eye.

I've subscribed to Gotta Craft so now can't wait until this month's package arrives!
I'm a bath girl too. Even though we switched to a water meter in January, I can't make myself like showers as much as I love baths! And so far the bills are still less than they were before we went on the meter.

love the colours and how you used the cut outs from the tags.

I'm a shower person no question - find a bath tiring and time consuming - i like to be in and out of the shower fast

A very pretty LO Sian, and I love the kit that you've used :)

I'm a shower person really, unless I have a bad back and then I'll have a nice relaxing bath. When I was pregnant I had baths all the time, and played music to the bump! Alissia now loves music and singing - she's not so sure about bathtime though!

Sweet layout. I'm a shower person. Mostly because our tub isn't the kind that makes you want to lay there and soak. It's really just big enough for bathing a couple of toddlers.

Lovely restful colours in that layout. I mainly shower but only because we have a silly small bath that is only comfortable for our 7 year old - once she grows out of it it will be pretty much redundant!

A bath, definitely, every time. One of the things on our must-have list when we were looking for a new home was a jetted tub. I rarely take showers except when we're traveling or I'm in a huge hurry.

first of all the LO is super love how you have cut bits from the labels
secondly for me it has to be a shower, I like baths but getting up from a sitting on the ground position in a tightish place in now almost impossible lol

lovely, lovely, really lovely LO, Sian.

Definitely a Bath, you can't read in the shower ;) Love the kraft details on your layout x

I used to be a bath person....but now I'm definately a shower person....especially as it's almost always in the morning....with a citrus shower gel....it really wakes me up.
That kit looks great.

As ever, a gorgeous page and use of colour. Love what you are doing with the Slice... maybe have to try one.

Definitely a shower; it's a walk in. If I tried to get in and out of a bath with my arthritis, the family tease me it would be time to hire a JCB.

It is a soft and feminine page that goes very well with your subject, and no I don't bath, I shower :)

Perfect papers for your photo, Sian - that soft gold is a great match. Like your bubbles too! I'm a shower-er: haven't had a bath in years. :)

Lovely LO and a gorgeous kit. A bath every time for me. I have to force myself into the shower and only if I'm in a big hurry. Maybe twice a year!

Bath. The pages of whatever book I'm reading tend to get soggy in the shower :P I'm probably the only one apart from Ruby who does prefer a bath though - everyone else in the house showers. Devvie is very proud of the fact that she hasn't bathed in over a year... I keep telling her she shouldn't go around boasting that...

Just love this page and all the details.

And yes - I am busy jotting down my pro's and cons of Typepad versus Blogger )

I'm a shower person on a day-to-day basis, but I do enjoy a nice long soak in a deep whirlpool tub if its available. I love the heart outlines and the touches of green.

I've got to get my daughter into the bath tonight. We've been painting the ex-craft room to turn it into her bedroom an dshe now has blue legs. She has resisted well so far but I must now return to the fray.

Beautiful work as always. I am tempted by the kit ;0)

definitely a shower. Long gone are the days of a long soak in a bubble bath!!

Beautiful layout Sian and I like the idea of recording your bath time x

Baths? I love them for reading a book in, but for getting clean it has to be a shower!

Gorgeous layout, so beautiful and serene. The Dear Lizzy Neapolitan has been one of my very favorite collection of all time!

Sian - your creative clusters are breathtaking - I love what you make with that slice and the more I see your layouts I really think I need one of those!! It certainly offers more versatility than the other digital/non digital die cut machines!

I love hot baths when I feel chilly, but I have to say I am a shower person through and through.

A shower only saves water if it takes less than five minutes, otherwise bath and shower are the same. I shower on the rare occasions that I use water. With eczema your skin really hurts when it gets wet so I tend to use moisturisers most of the time.

More pure gorgeousness!...& me? I shower daily but do love to soak in a bath with a book!!! It's one thing I've not been able to do since my shoulder froze, so now post-op, I'm hoping to resume that luxury again shortly!! :D

Beautiful layout and bath all the way! Xxx

The details really make your page. Showers to wake me up but a bath to relax....

What a great layout. Love the look of kraft on anything!

Loving those sliced kraft tags - such a fun look.

Showers... ahh that's a bit of a sore point here. Waiting for the house to be rewired for a working shower in my house. Thankfully the bath still works and next door have working showers too :) I prefer showers - quicker!

Bath. Without a shade of a doubt. But then at the end of the day and only if I want to relax, such a pretty layout and I'm loving what you're doing with all your slice die cuts.

Jo said...

Another gorgeous layout. I only remember I have a Slice when I visit your blog so I'm thinking I should get it out of the cupboard and put it where I can see it! I'm a bath girl in the winter and a shower girl in the summer.

Karen said...

Definitely a shower. I preordered some Neapolitan, but the online store has yet to be able to fulfill it. Hopefully I'll see some of it soon. This is another gorgeous layout!

This looks great, I love the kraft bubbles! I'm definitely a bath girl - it's the only time I get to read a book these days, so I spend ages in there if my book is a good one! x

I love the muted colours in this. I prefer a bath but I can't have one now till Wednesday night after I have my stitches out :-(

What a neat looking layout - love the colours you've used in it. Much prefer a bath but time usually means the shower wins out.
