One Photo & Twenty Words

..as suggested by Abi at Creating Paper Dreams

Oh, look another twenty because I never could stop talking ...

It was in Belgium and I wish I'd bought two: one to keep and one to use as a giveaway

because who wouldn't be inspired by a dedicated blog notebook as pretty as this one? Today, at least, I have all the inspiration I need from Abi and her quick, thoughtful plan for a post. Try it!

I struggled with the limit too!

Is that a little digi scrapping here today Sian?

Yeah I can be a reluctant spender too! It is very pretty.

I'm the same! A very pretty notebook, but your picture has made me want to get the Spirograph out!

I'd have bought it, and some of its friends, no bother. I wouldn't have even looked at the price!

I've seen several of these posts in my stroll through blog land this morning & have just added my contribution. Yours is brilliant & what a fantastic journal!

It looks such a cute little size, too! Amazing how many of us moved so quickly to play with this idea! I love it,

A very pretty notebook, but it is your page which is drawing my eye. Are you playing a bit with digital?

I think this experience has happened to many of us. I'm more apt to go for it now, especially if it's unlikely I'll ever return. Great job with the 20 words!

My daughter asked me yesterday - is it better to save your money or buy something nice when you see it? I know a few people who can't hold onto money and get themselves into debt (I married one!) but I'm like you and I'm trying to help her find the middle ground.
Hmm I can't keep to 20 words in a comment!

Ohhh, you really should have bought it! I've always been a sucker for notebooks but in recent years I've stopped buying them so I can use some of the ones I've collected over the years. Great idea for a blog post and I think I'll give it a try myself today. :-)

I would have struggled buying one let alone two!!

I'm not sure I'll ever be a digi-scrapper, but I am trying a little digi-blog posting :)

I'm terrible for it and so is Craig and as a result Devvie is too. The rest of them however - money falls through their fingers like water :)

Hello Sian, I loved the words and that is a pretty notebook, I am sure you are concerned about leaving some behind on the shelf, but sure as eggs are eggs there will be another pretty one along before long :)
I must apologise for being online awol and not visiting, the new store opening has been all-consuming and I have barely been online that hasn't been work related. Anyway, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel so hoping to resume normal duties by October. Warm regards, Jen x

Great post Sian. I have much the same issue. At the weekend I saw a peg loom but didn't buy it. I got home and thought about it a lot so drove twenty miles and bought it today!! What are we like?

A really fun post, Sian. I love that little notebook! I do keep a separate notebook to jot down blogging notes, but it isn't as cute as yours. :o)

That's a great notebook, I'm surprised you didn't buy a box of them! :)

Your notebook is so cheerful and inviting--the perfect place for recording ideas for all your creative activities. I've never cultivated that sort of note taking--and lived to regret it when I manage to forget the glimmer of an idea that was sparked by a sight, sound, etc. Perhaps I should add a tiny notebook to my shopping list, hmm?

the notebook is so pretty and a great idea for planning blog posts. but to see something I want and not get it only to later regret it? story of my life! from notebooks, to clothes, to books, to never to be found again items. Glad I'm not the only one
